I really like this new CD called Still Dancin'. Micheal and the band 
sound great and Kenny is wonderful!
A few months back I mentioned that I was headed out to San Francisco and 
I asked for suggestions of things to do while I was there. Several 
people suggested that I catch Kenny. I teamed up with former Boston area 
radio announcer and former WGBH engineer Melanie Berzon, the PD of KCSM, 
and we caught Kenny with his group. Kenny was even more impressive than 
he is on the CD plus his band was excellent. I think it was Larry 
Dunlap. Fred Anderson and Eddie Marshall.

Michael and Kenny have out an earlier CD you might want to hear if you 
liked this one. It's called The Long And The Short Of It.

Another recent CD by a male vocalist that I like is the new Allen Harris 
CD called Nat King Cole:Long Live The King. It's a live performance and 
Allen stretches out on the tunes. Although it's a tribute to Nat, it's 
not imitative. It's really Allen.

I think it's great to get a couple nice male vocalists after the usual 
flood of female vocalist that we get.
