Now that the festival's over (whew!) I can catch up with the playlists; as
every year, the first Friday's show featured artists playing in the first
week of the festival - I was halfway through the show before I got past the
artists playing the first two nights and I didn't even play any Herbie
Hancock! Lotsa phone calls and scuttlebutt (I got the call that Frisell had
cancelled just as the last notes of Grapevine were fading out), but overall
great way to get into the festival vibe .. N
